Selling a Dubai property well requires three things: pricing it against current absorption (not last quarter's transactions), running an off-market round before public listing, and managing the buyer-NOC-DLD process so the deal actually closes. We do all three, on a per-deal commission, with no upfront fee.
How the process runs
Step 1 — Free property assessment: we visit (or video-walk) the unit, pull comparable transactions from DLD, and give you a price range with the absorption math behind it. Step 2 — Off-market round: 7-10 days, our investor network sees the property first, often closes here at a clean price. Step 3 — Public marketing: full photography, video, listing portals, drone if applicable. Step 4 — Buyer vetting: financial proof, mortgage pre-approval check. Step 5 — Execution: NOC from developer, DLD transfer, handover.
Commission and fees
Standard 2% + VAT on completion. No upfront marketing fee. No retainer. We only get paid when you do.
