We hire selectively. Most roles are senior-track — agents who can run their own pipeline, analysts who underwrite to institutional standards, transaction managers who can shepherd a 100M+ deal end-to-end. We don't run a juniors-with-quotas model; the firm is structured for fewer people doing higher-quality work.
What we look for
RERA-licensed brokers with a clean track record and an existing network. Analysts with property/finance background and credible underwriting work product. Operations / transaction support with native English plus Arabic or Russian. Salary + commission structure shared per-role; we don't post salary bands publicly.
