DAMAC built its name on branded luxury. Hussain Sajwani started the company in 2002, and it has since put out residences with Cavalli, de Grisogono and Versace, alongside its own master communities like DAMAC Hills and DAMAC Lagoons.

The product is unapologetically statement-led: big amenity decks, designer interiors, heavy marketing. DAMAC pricing has historically run more cyclical than Emaar's, so location and timing matter more with their stock. When the concept and the numbers line up, a DAMAC branded unit is one of the more distinctive things you can own at its price.
