Binghatti

Binghatti built its name on sculptural towers and, lately, on branded residences. Dr. Hussain BinGhatti started the company in 2008, and it has since delivered more than 40,000 units across the UAE, moving steadily upmarket as it went.

The branded portfolio is what put it on the global map: Bugatti Residences, Jacob & Co Residences at Burj Binghatti, and Mercedes-Benz Places. Like most UAE developers it has had the odd handover delay in the past, though recent delivery has tightened up. If a client wants a statement address with a name the whole world recognises, this is one of the few developers that can actually supply it.
