1. Online Registration via Dubai REST App:
   
   

   • Download the App: Begin by downloading the Dubai REST app, which is available on both iOS and Android platforms.
     
     

   • Create or Log In to Your Account: If you are a new user, you’ll need to create an account using your Emirates ID. Existing users can simply log in.
     
     

   • Navigate to Ejari Registration: Once logged in, navigate to the "Services" section, select "RERA," and then choose "Register Ejari Contract."
     
     

   • Fill in the Details: You’ll need to input all necessary information, including your tenancy contract details, tenant's Emirates ID, and the landlord’s passport copy.
