How this segment works

Pricing is opaque and reservation-driven (cash deposit holds inventory before legal docs). Payment plans are bespoke (often 50/50 instead of standard 60/40), and delivery dates skew firm because the developer's reputation depends on it. Resale liquidity is the lowest of any segment — plan a 5-7 year minimum hold.
