Al Marjan Island is quietly becoming one of the UAE’s most intriguing places to invest. It’s the kind of setup that appeals to families, long-term expats, and Gulf nationals who want a peaceful, safe coastal life without being cut off from everyday essentials.

Life on Al Marjan won’t be limited to the beach. There are plans for golf courses just off the island, giving residents a nearby outlet for leisure and greenery.
