The design story

This is the second Ritz-Carlton residential address in Dubai, and unlike the compact Business Bay tower this one is about the water. MAG is the developer, with The Ritz-Carlton managing the building, on a waterfront plot at Ras Al Khor near the Creek, looking back across the water to the Downtown skyline.

Homes are larger and fewer than the mainstream branded stock, two and three-bedroom residences pitched at a genuine ultra-luxury buyer, with hotel-grade service and a calmer, low-density setting than the city-centre towers.

The pull is the combination of a hotel-managed Ritz-Carlton address and a waterfront that is quieter and greener than Business Bay or the Marina, while still within reach of Downtown.

Ritz-Carlton managed

The hotel brand runs the building to its own service standard.

Waterfront setting

A calmer, greener Creek-side plot than the city-centre towers.

Low density

Larger homes and fewer of them than mainstream branded stock.

Downtown views

Skyline views back across the water toward Downtown.

Our verdict

The Creekside Ritz-Carlton is the waterfront, ultra-luxury counterpart to the Business Bay tower: hotel-managed, larger homes, quieter setting. It suits a buyer who wants the Ritz-Carlton name away from the city-centre density and is less focused on yield.
