Bulgari Lighthouse is Bulgari's first standalone residential tower, and Meraas built it on Jumeirah Bay Island, the small seahorse-shaped island you reach by a single bridge off Jumeirah. It shares the island with the Bulgari Resort and the Bulgari Yacht Club, so the whole address runs to one brand's standard rather than borrowing a logo for the lobby.
The building is only 31 storeys and holds just 27 penthouses, with a three-storey sky villa on top. That is deliberately small for a tower this tall. Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the studio behind every Bulgari hotel in the world, designed it, and the signature is the coral-wrapped facade: sculpted outer screens that keep the homes private without closing off the light or the sea.
Homes run from four and five-bedroom penthouses to seven-bedroom sky villas, roughly 6,400 to 14,400 square feet, each with private lift access and wrap-around terraces that read a full 360 degrees across the Gulf and the skyline. At the base sits the Bulgari Yacht Club: a 46-berth marina, an Italian restaurant, a members' lounge and a pool.
